|Recommended: YesGood location and nice place — For the most part I like living here, I can't hear my neighbors very much, place is fairly clean. I do feel it is a bit over priced but this is the first place I have rented in 20 years so maybe this is the going rate.

|Recommended: YesNice community geared toward younger generation — I feel the quality of some of the flooring is very poor, cabinets are also lower grade, countertops are very nice. Also space is good we just have a one bedroom and it was fine for two people. I would not recommend for someone in our age bracket.

|Recommended: YesHigh end living at a great price — The Forte is a great place to live Brand new apartments with a clean and modern look The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great price to live with free parking, a gym, and a pool One thing I wish the Forte could do is provide more parking regulations so residents don't have to park on the street, as well as, keep the buildings more up kept. Many marks from people moving in the hallways. Overall, Forte is an amazing place to live and I am happy to call the Forte at 84 South my home

|Recommended: YesModern, convenient neighborhood — The building itself is nice and I enjoy the surrounding area. It is a convenient location with easy access to the freeway. The management, however, could stand to be more communicative with the residents changes to processes in the complex such as garbage chutes, locking of the garbage room in the basement, power hot water outages, etc . There have been times when I have e-mailed management with questions and received no response, so I eventually had to go down to the office to ask the same question.

|Recommended: YesProperty is really nice . — I love it, everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The only down fall I can say is having to pay for the water. as far as the property it’s gorgeous, staff is very nice and helpful, neighbors very nice and welcoming

|Recommended: YesLove the place — Glad we moved from apartment building B2 to A1, had some difficulties parking since people would bring several guests over especially on the weekends. Better parking in this building since it has its own lot

|Recommended: YesForte — Parking is terrible and they arent really helpful when it comes to that were actually kinda rude when i asked if there willing to pay for my parking ticket because its not my fault theres 0 parking. Walls are cracking because its cheaply made. Neighbors are nice layout is nice. Very modern

|Recommended: YesOverall satisfied — I love living here The apartment is beautiful and the amenities are great. However my roommate has the underground parking space and there is not enough above ground parking.

|Recommended: YesGarbage recycling room — With tenants coming and going this room seems to be getting over sized items being put in here and we don’t seem to have the means to get them removed
